M4TIC is the brand. M4TIC Tech is an independent technology and intelligent systems studio.

When you submit the project form, M4TIC Tech receives the information you choose to provide, including:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the project, problem or business need described in your message; and
• basic submission information required to deliver and protect the form.

The hosting platform may also process technical request data such as the requested page, referring page, browser, operating system, device type, time of access and an anonymised IP address used to estimate location.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for the enquiry.

Personal information is used to:

• read and respond to enquiries;
• understand a requested project and take steps before entering into a contract;
• communicate about services that you have asked about;
• protect the website and contact form from abuse; and
• understand aggregate website usage and maintain a reliable service.

Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or the legitimate interests of operating, securing and improving the studio’s services.

Enquiries that do not become client engagements are ordinarily retained for no longer than 12 months, unless continued retention is reasonably necessary for an ongoing conversation, security, dispute or legal obligation.

Information connected with a client relationship may be retained for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for the period required by applicable contractual, accounting, tax or legal obligations.

IONOS states that anonymised visitor information generated by its Web Hosting analytics is retained for eight weeks.

IONOS provides website hosting and email services and processes relevant information as a service provider. M4TIC Tech does not sell personal information.

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. If those services are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before they are used.

M4TIC Tech operates internationally. Information submitted through the website may therefore be accessed from a country outside your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, an appropriate lawful mechanism will be used.

IONOS states that the anonymised visitor data generated by its Web Hosting products is not transferred outside the European Union.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

You may also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection authority. To make a request, email hello@m4tic.tech. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

The current website does not intentionally place non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. A consent banner is therefore not presently used. This will be reassessed whenever new services are added.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information, including encrypted HTTPS connections and restricted access. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

This policy may be updated when the website, services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
